Art and Dash update

I made some changes to the art and added some cool new particle effects to the game as well as a new model for the health ball.
Bug Fixes:
Demon Dad Jittering
Exploding Enemy getting knocked off into space
New Features:
Demon Boy can Now damage enemies by flying into them after doing a glide hop or by dashing into them directly after he has acquired the powerups
